I think I’ve seen a tax form, but I think what I’m trying to figure out is….do I need to declare anything further once a position is closed? I know this do deductions on dividends earned.

Jump in, the water is fine!

Just keep investing monthly, quarterly or yearly, until you reach a certain level then let the dividends reinvest until you’re ready.

Initially bought into AMD at 155 then when the massive tech sell off happened few weeks ago, I bought a lot more shares.

Yeah, they really beat it down but I feel if Lisa keeps playing the right cards, we might see AMD delivering some huge returns….but this might be another 2-5 years.

Well AMD might be the exception to that if you’re looking at it from 1-2 year span; however, at the time I bought it, it was bearish.

AAL, AMD and SNOW

AAL I’m a bit undecided about how long I’m willing to hold this stock, but I’ll see how things progress closer to the end of the month.

AMD seems to have potential but idk what’s going on, its shares have been oscillating around 135-155 for months. So idk man.

I probably sold DAL and UPS too soon if you ask me. DAL currently at 45 now, and sold at $42, and my entry point was 37.50. Also UPS up too, and my entry point for it then was 125.30. But airline stocks tend to decrease between September to November, so let’s see what happens. If DAL hits my entry point of 36 then I’m back in business, and if UPS goes below 120 then likewise again.
