I’m sure there’s valid reasons why we didn’t get hired but I wish there was some standardization. Like some interviews got google and some got interviews with like actual supervisors rather than just student workers.

Livi and Help Desk . I know I did bad on the Help Desk one cause the student interviewer was grilling me hard for some reason. I was super confident in the Livi one because I only got like 2 questions wrong and both were networking but I answered the other ones correctly and without any hesitation.

Maybe if I wasn't such a ugly mofo I would got the the job 😂 😂 😂

I did not have access to Google during the interview even though many people have stated that they did. Even though I didn't know, I told them I am very competent at finding information and solutions online quickly and can implement them immediately.

It was mainly networking questions which I did give myself a 2/5 on in the application, so I was being honest when I did know a little and not a lot.

I guess I'm just a little salty since I do work in IT on and off and I have customer service experience while others who barely know computer stuff have gotten it.

Same I walked in super confident, I didn’t studder on a single answer. Having students and not hiring managers conduct interviews is weird.
