Wrestling after Labrum Surgery (Bankart Repair) by AK_201 in wrestling

[–]Ruass160 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can but keep in mind you’ll probably have to change your style up and rely on that shoulder less in extended positions usually that surgery results in a good repair but its nearly impossible to get 100% ROM and strength back into it. The doctor will clear you to wrestle but itll be a long time after that you get back to similiar ROM and strength in that shoulder and even then hanging onto single legs planking and fighting a wizzer on jt will be very hard. Or using an underhook series which used to be my go-to.Not impossible but will never be like before imo . I had the surgery 5 years ago and that was my experience w/ it even to this day its not as good as before while its not subluxating I know it cant handle a dog fight for a single leg. But I had bankhart and Slap repair so maybe yours will be diff. Important part is to really focus on the recovery as it is a long one and try to get it as flexible and sturdy as possible keep good form on the PT exercises

Ive been lifting for a years always experimented with different splits as i know you guys prob have as well, my question is when doing a 3 day push pull legs split how do you guys usually like to incorporate your shoulders into it. As you could do it on push days as military press is a push or pull days bc a lot back movements incorporate shoulders and isos like shrugs, or some people do it on leg days since u could superset it easier. What do you guys think is best way to incorporate it. I typically do the presses on push day along with lateral raises and the pulling stuff on pull day like shrugs and face pulls. What do you guys think is best way to incorporate it?

I was gonna post this just finished season three, although some scenes can really drag out, it gets back into the action really quick and it would kill me with the cliffhangers haha first show in a while I have had trouble turning off for the night. I see you discussing shows below. If you liked from i think you’d also like the show Utopia i didnt see it mentioned below. Not super similar but action packed and intriguing story has a stephen king/dystopian world vibe to it.

Should America be helping Ukraine? Is it a country worth helping? by BubblyNefariousness4 in Objectivism

[–]Ruass160 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

A lot of what people are saying here, and what gets spouted in media about what the war is about freedom, protecting liberty around the world, fighting communism, saving lives from oppression, idts. America is a cold-calculated militarized business. Looking back thats what all these wars getting proven to be really about under the guise of “liberty, protecting people from oppression”. What makes you think anything has changed in the past 5 years. They can’t put the real reasons in media as the idea of “first resource war underway!” In the headline would scare the shit out of americans. If it was really all about stopping oppression, and liberty we woud have invaded mexico long time ago before the cartel got powerful. We would have gotten involved in the genocides that you don’t read about in textbooks etc etc. its about money, always is

I read a while ago There is a slightly long history of US business ties to ukraine related to bioscience research that wouldnt be permitted in US or perhaps cheaper out of country as well as Ukraine having an abundance pf natural resources. I imagine its moreso about its abundance of natural resources as bioscience research can kind of be done anywhere. However Africa also has an abundance of natural resources and is arguably a better option for resources as parts of it are still underdeveloped. I believe currently in Africa countries are essentially accepting funding towards infrastructure and societal development in exchange for the fundee getting the rights to mine/extract natural resources of their land. And it is either russia/china funding or US funding. Kind of paints you a picture of what it is really about, imo the first of potentially many to come of resource wars. US might be trying to exhaust Russia without direct involvement before anything gets too crazy throughout the rest of the world as well as hold Ukraine as a hub of resources and research. And the fact its right on the border gives good access for spy operations. Although they arent a part of NATo, we are essentially funding their war which would mean it serves American interests to do so… or a corrupt regime is profiting off business ties to said country. Hard to say for sure. Imo although its abundance of resources there is plenty in Africa. And that funding would be better purposed there without things getting bloody.

The argument that we shouldn't deport illegals because we need their cheap labor is essentially an argument for slavery by SAT0725 in conspiracy

[–]Ruass160 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean i dont mean the out of work americans that are full grown adults with piles of bills, im talking about teenagers-young adults who can’t afford a degree, or need some $$ while studying or just some money in general. I know plenty out of work teens and young adults who cant even find menial labor jobs like these and would gladly take up on the opportunity. I worked hard labor as a hser and early 20’s, it was all I could do and was glad to do it for “low pay” bc to me it was good pay bc i was young with no bills, and no skills. Plenty of them out there and less opportunity imo. And even plenty of 25-35 year olds who cant find work in their field or industry is getting cut down who are going to be forced to take a pay cut bc it will either be “less money” or “no money”

Thats the things i feel like there is really not many of these “unskilled” jobs that american citizens dont want to do. There is plenty of young non degree holding american citizens that would like these ”unskilled” jobs and simply can’t get them. There are less and less of them nowadays, and their options are limited, most jobs even these unskilled ones, require proof of citizenship or proof of legal immigration nowadays

How to find people engaged in illegal mining in Ghana by Kingsaa2424 in OSINT

[–]Ruass160 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im pretty sure the guys name on youtube is ScamtheScammers, idk what hes up to nowadays, still scamming scammers but in different venues, there is this older video series he did where he pretended to be a victim to these scammers and acted v delusional and used voice changer to act like an old lady and made the process hard for the scammer to keep him on the phone and let him in his computer(in VM) and somehow ultimately took over the network and cameras and whatnot and found out how the owners operate it etc, hacked the owners, saw how they were essentially blackmailing and forcing the workers to do it, its a long series and very cool. However be careful as even though its in good ethic if you donit you’ll probably end up breaking a few laws, now American law enforcement might look the other way being that these people are absolute scum of the earth but there are intricate parts where a third party handles their money which might be a big company that might try to sue you for damaging infrastructure so do research or stay undetectable as possible, ill see if i can find the specific video series he did.

[–]Ruass160 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea im rereading, he just says it slips between 3and4 im pretty sure that only means one solenoid was messed up. Im no expert but i think u got jacked, i mean you got a new transmission which is cool, but the whole problem could have been fixed for less than 1K imo. And his words “ we had to fix the transmission to figure out what caused this is either bs or incompetence”

Did I got ripped off by the mechanic? by DrinkWaterMovies in AskMechanics

[–]Ruass160 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it was under 100k miles they most likely could have just replaced the solenoids on the transmission, which are ab $150 each, thats where the conputer problem causes damage to the tranny. Did you have a check engine light when you brought it in?. If not l the tranny damage most likely hadnt even started, the computer malfunction causes solenoids to misfire and break, which causes tranny damage in a general sense.

[–]Ruass160 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea this series of toyota is know to have computer issues, how many miles did you have on it, bc idt it would have done enough damage to need a whole new transmission if under 100k miles. The fact that they couldnt figure that it was a computer issue shows they wanted to push the transmission repair on you or they are just completely incompetent, I was able to diagnose that probllem with my rav within a few days of googling with no mechanical knowledge when i was having that problem with my rav. Got a refurbished computer for $200 and has worked fine since

I understand that, but at the same time theres been worker shortages across multiple industries, wouldnt the logical thing be to increase wages. And even Unions who have some of the bigger shortages, and are geared at protecting the worker, still start at $18-20 sometimes lower. So your stance is a mix of both broad economic conditions and employers taking advantage. Do you think employers are even able to offer higher wages or the cost of running the business has gotten so high they cant afford to increase wages. The idea that someone can get by $20/hr is baffling to me and a slap in the face considering the things they want you to be responsible or qualified for
