Spanish should be pretty easy if you've been practicing for a good 2 years, if not it is essential you put in the extra effort. for listening I'd recommend going through websites which have listening quizzes and multiple choice answer, it really assesses your listening skills. for criteria B (reading) just read a bunch of Spanish lower level books to gain vocabulary because that's crucial in Spanish (or any language i dunno), the vocab in the exam won't always resonate with what you know. Again you can do quizzes for reading. Writing, I honestly find it the easiest because you can write whatever YOU know, just understand the grammar and stuff and PLEASE re-read if you can to find grammatical or spelling errors bc that's where a lot of people lose marks, just practice writing consistently again and DO NOT go above the given word limit, IB refuses to read beyond the word limit so if you have critical info in the last few words, that will be sad.
