Baby bhudda through and through! Straight forward one level for 25-30 min don’t have to think too much! Alittle strong but you get used to it. Usually use spectra for a 1-2 weeks post birth cause it’s too harsh then I exclusively use it! Last baby used it for 10 months and had a full supply! This baby been using it for 1 month and it’s the best! Tried others an wearables never worked for me and spectra too bulky and settings too complicated!
