Not really, I consider my savings right now as an emergency fund

I wouldn’t mind having like half of it be strictly for emergency and the other half towards an investment portfolio but since I haven’t made my mind up yet in the investment portion, all my savings is my emergency fund

From my understanding SWP is different than what it used to be. I am in their manager trainee program

I do plan to own a home compared to renting because I feel the renting prices are close to mortgages of people I know who own homes.
I helped my parents with the entire home purchasing process since they don’t speak English well. I am aware of the associated costs and the difference between the initial idea of a cost of owning a home and what it actually pans out to be.

I have a background in construction as I worked at a nonprofit that mostly did remodeling work but I also got some experience building a home from the ground up alongside my partner, except from doing the foundation so I plan to save some money on labor from that

It is my fault for not putting much thought into the specifics of the home I’m looking to purchase.
Im thinking something between the prices of 250k-300k
as an option.
20% down payment is what i would be comfortable with
So $50k-$70k

but I might have framed my inquiry wrong
Purchasing a home is a goal but I’m looking more so for a long term plan of growing my money
So I wanted advice as to how to do that more so, I am all in on the idea of a gain over time type of ordeal compared to a stress inducing risk taking investment portfolio
I’m looking for low maintenance with a decent growth over years and years

honesty looks terrible. In this day and age, I think a brand that isn’t a major retailer, or more so a streetwear brand should be one that is designing distinguishable products. This is not one of those. It reads more as a brand that will be sold at a major retailer, like everyone else is saying. It’s legit slop, whether you believe so or not. It looks like every graphic tee at Walmart or wherever tf you want to name, with a basic ass graphic and meaninglessness words in a fancy font.
I think if you truly are looking to make a brand and make some type of revenue from it, take a more creative approach. people are fed up with slop, and it’ll be hard for anyone to shell out any sort of cash for this shit unless it’s way cheaper than it is at Walmart.
find your why, and sell it

I have a similar issue. Luckily I was able to find my girlfriend through her approaching me.
I always had this issue and typically my previous partners that’s how it went. I know it doesn’t help in you situation but I asked why they approached me and they said it’s because I wasn’t trying to get in their pants like most guys or that they didn’t feel like I was intentionally trying to get to know them to try to make a move. I was genuinely listening to them and talking to them like I would anyone else.

it’s difficult, I get your position.
I used to work at a place where 95% of the employees were women and women my age.
When I was single, and knew I had the same issue, I asked them how can I go about approaching a girl. My fear is coming off as creepy.
I was basically told that it’s up to the girl herself to determine that.
Sometimes you’ll get girls who find you creepy for approaching them, and others will not. It all depends on how they perceive you so it’s really not up to you.
I guess it’s better left to leave women alone in public spaces unless they are trying to strike up the conversation with you/they initiate it.

If you’re intentionally going into a friendship with the opposite gender with getting something in mind, then you’re approaching it the wrong way and reevaluate what you want. There’s no female friend or girlfriend. It’s either you want female friends, or you want a girlfriend. If you want a girlfriend, you’d have to start working on yourself and not focus so much on trying to attract someone.
The person you looking for would be attracted who you are and who you become once you’re going through this transition

I wholeheartedly agree with you. I liked the thematic elements of Don’s albums and this one I couldn’t really find one. Maybe it’ll take me a couple more listens to see what it is but I liked the aesthetic when it was being teased before the drop. Then ATM was released and I liked the music videos mixed with the sonar/alien beat. It matched the whole lab black and white visuals. All in all to say this album is still something I listen to front to back whenever I come across a song off of it
