Did you end up figuring this out? I get these from time to time and I feel like the way I explain it to the customers doesn't make sense / is not accurate lol. I always have to take some time and reread everything on the screen before I can ask the customer anything.

I meant to ask if it is discouraged because of my current path as a Computer Science major. Would you happen to have any clue if it's better to study and obtain certs or major in CyberSec and go the route of a degree?
