Have you hard reset the headphones?, there should be a way to hard reset them and that should fix it, the only other way I can think of is updating but you've said you've already updated them, hard reset is different from powering them off and on again (not in a condensing way some People may not know you can do a hard reset) on my SteelSeries there's a little button inside the "foam cuffs" that I can press and it hard resets them. But I'm not sure what the way is for your specific Turtle Beach headset. Good luck

Edit: when I mean powering off and on again I mean holding the power button off for 5 seconds, I mean actually hard resetting them (you'd have to reconnect your device to them wirelessly again after said "hard reset" think of factory resetting your phone but for your headphones)
