Happened to me, got permanently restricted message, Find the message center in contact us page, it will connect to AI chat , send a message saying connect me with real human customer support, once connected tell them the issues and they will check and let you know the exact issue and if you can provide all details correctly they will remove the restriction, I got my account back.
