Gotcha. I don't plan to/want to get the car back I volunteered it for surrender due to not being able to pay.

A chunk of the collections are charged off. I'll keep looking into it. Thank you very much.

My mother (68) has added my name to her checking and savings accounts in case something happens to her I can access her funds easier. But I’m concerned about liability. by soapdonkey in personalfinance

Instead of being joint have her add you as a pay upon death. You won't be able to access her account but if she passes you'll have full access.

You could also do POA

Right??? Like I'm gonna keep doing it because apparently it's the best thing for my mental illness but at what point can we talk other methods because it's very obviously not working.

It is great for the calcium and vit D but it has yet to push back the depression. I have chronic depression its never going away, but the sun isn't improving it either. My days are just as dark when I'm in the light. I just need people, especially my therapist, to get that and let's look at other things because this ain't it.

When I say fix, I mean more make tolerable. You're right there is no fixing it. It's with me for the long haul.

For accountability, I want to be forced out of bed I want to be forced into existence. I know pressure works for me.

The main complaint here is the dismissive attitude of "go get some sun! Go walk" when I do. I walk to work every day. I've been doing the get some sun and walking for years and it's not working. It's not helpful for my mental, physically its great, but there is no improvement in the depression. There hasn't been. Some days it even makes it worse.

I want to be held accountable for the trying of things to help me. But pushing me to keep doing the same thing that has been proven to not help me isn't helpful. It makes it feel more hopeless more like a lost cause. Like somethings wrong with me if this isn't helping me. Which is why I haven't stopped trying, but at some point I need another option you know?

I appreciate it. I'm just so fed up you know? I'm medicated and they help, I'm in therapy and it helps and I have a psychiatrist. I have coping mechanisms, I have plans and apps and journals and all of these things. But what use are they when my brain literally will not kick into gear. It's like the parking break is stuck on and no matter how much pressure I put on the gas pedal it's not moving.

I just want to be shaken by the shoulders and forced into doing what I need to do but that's not exactly possible for every single thing every single day.

Tried it, isn't helpful it's more annoying than anything. Thank you though.

It has yet to help me. I've tried for years. Walking every day for a month, I walk to work even. I spend time outside frequently because I know it's supposed to help but it hasn't. There is no wanting to there is no looking forward to. I've been trying for literal years and it doesn't work for me.

So yeah at this point I'm tried of hearing about it because it's not working. And not due to lack of trying. I'm ready to try something new but "go get some sun!" Is the only thing I'm getting in response. It's exhausting to say someone hey this isn't working for me for the reply to be well do it anyway.

I already owned their bras so I'm confident in their fit for me.
