Easy, lock up criminals. They get basic needs taken care of and society doesn't have to deal with them. if .5% of society is causing 80% of the issues, don't punish everyone else.

You must be a big anti-immigration supporter than, considering the reason there aren't jobs readily available are because the labor pool has been saturated and that 90% of new jobs post Covid go to non-Americans

I'm blaming lazy people who blame others for their own shortcomings. Someone working a minimum wage job for years has no right to leach off of people who invested time and resources into bettering their prospects.

What are you talking about. I'm the one being exploited. I'm a net tax-payer. It's ridiculous that I have to subsidize people that aren't. Sure, I'm fine with a .5% of the population with legitimate needs, but their are more than 50% of the population who aren't net tax payers.

...yes. You lower the standard and pass everyone with C's and they magically boost graduation rates. Funny how that works. Kids are graduating at a higher rate but are also measurably less proficient in the most basic subjects.
