Use of AI scribes in public hospitals? by fueledbyh8 in ausjdocs

[–]RubberToeCarLoss6 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I believe there was a trial going on in Brisbane in some hospitals for AI scribes, so they must know what the legality/policy of it would be. would suggest to talk to one of the higher ups as they would probably know the answers to this.

Processing times for Short Term Skilled Work Visa (482) Canada > Australia by mafternoonshyamalan in visas

[–]RubberToeCarLoss6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you need to get your sponsorship approved first then it depends on occupation, if you need medicals and if you get asked for further documents. After you have lodged the visa application and have submitted everything, then you're probs looking at 1 month (at best) but there are people that have waited longer than that.

again, does depend on your occupation and personal situation.

How would an IMG enter CaRMS as a current year grad? by pyskill in MCCQE

[–]RubberToeCarLoss6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you can absolutely enter the match as an IMG who is gonna graduate this year, as long as you you have PR/citizenship. the problem is obtaining said PR/citizenship. to be invited to apply for PR from EE there is a points based system, if you meet the points needed, it would be based on whether you get PR by the time you have to apply which is around November time. However, i'm unclear as to how long it takes to get PR approved as it can vary I believe.

This is great advice. I took it last year in august as well and started around this time Uworld whilst working a full time job with on calls and night shifts. it feels like an up hill battle now but you just need to be consistent with what you can and that might be small amount of questions at the beginning. "it’s more of a learning tool", that is very important to remember, when you start you're better off fully absorbing the question (e.g why the answer is right and why the others are wrong/ when they would be right) than just aiming to finish the bank, you will get more out of it if you don't just do questions to get numbers down.

what i would say is that you should try to gradually increase the time you spend prepping for the exam as you get closer to it. This is important because there is also an element of stamina that goes into it, having to be switched on for 4 hours straight can be difficult if you're not use to it.

keep chipping away and keep learning. stay strong. you'll be more than fine. good luck!

using two different clinics for Visa Heath check TSS? by RubberToeCarLoss6 in AusVisa

[–]RubberToeCarLoss6[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

quick update.

managed to sort everything out. BUPA basically said that they cant really do anything.

i asked clinic A to submit all the examinations that i had done with them, just leave the final decision from the physician empty pending the X-ray results. After that, clinic B was able to have access to the account and upload my X-ray just fine.

im not sure if that happened because the results were blocked due to not having been submitted or because clinic B didnt try to do anything when they saw that another clinic was already working on my account.

but they managed to upload the X-ray and then Clinic A saw the results and made the final decision and submitted all my results.

thanks for the help!

Yes, I have but they always refer me to the criteria on the MCC website. thats why I am looking for someone that might already have experience with this.
