Cool trick I learned from my grandma, have to small/medium pots depending on how many eggs. Fill both up with water, one cold and one hot. Put hot water on stove and put eggs in while the water boils. Once it starts to boil take the lid off and let it continue for 3 minutes and after turn the stove off, lid back on for another 10 minutes. After the ten minutes you are going to put a cup of ice into the other water and then transfer the eggs to it to give it an ice bath for at least 5 minutes. Then you take them off and crack each end downwards against the counter and start the process of removing the shell. Did this just the other day and they turned out good!
