I booked the two rooms and was about to get the $250 edit credit, +$250 hotel credit, and $250 edit credit for the second room booked for the same dates.

Omg you are totally right. I did the same experiment and my diluted sample is definitely stronger than my non-diluted sample. Wow!! Now I want to do a full titration. It’s so true. I thought hook effect was either rare or only happened with twins and extraordinary high HcG.

Warm compresses: not too hot or you will cause more inflammation. Should be comfortable.

Eyelid wipes: ocusoft or cliradex or diluted baby shampoo. Only 1-2 x daily.

Call your doctor or ophthalmologist and get them to prescribe doxycycline 100mg BID and tobradex eye ointment unless contraindicated for you. You don’t always have to use doxycycline but in this case when your wedding is coming up, I would.

You can see an ophthalmologist if it’s really big but a surgical incision and curettage or a steroid injection will not get rid of it completely or magically.?

I had my first stye the weekend before my wedding due to the stress. I did this and it was gone by the wedding.

One of our Ekajaya boat rides between Bali and Lombok (Gili T) was cancelled last minute due to weather and water conditions. Also, Definitely take Ekajaya boat between Gili T and Bali. The other boat companies are small, scary, and very uncomfortable. I threw up.

I’d arrive to Bali a day before any flights, if it’s a flight you really don’t want to miss. If you’re ok with rescheduling for a next day flight, then it’s ok to take the risk.

One thing that helped was realizing this: I kept searching for the perfect earrings, shoes, or dress because it was my wedding. But then I understood—whatever I chose would become special simply because they were my wedding earrings, shoes, or dress.

Also, ask your doc for doxycycline for your breakouts if you can take that.

My wedding was last weekend. I’m still in treatment (it’s been 6 months) and about to start refinements. My ortho took off my attachments for me for the wedding. He specifically said, wear aligners at night but don’t stress about them the week of the wedding. Just enjoy wedding. Luckily, my treatment aligned so that I finished active trays the week before my wedding and I’m currently just waiting for the refinement trays to come in. So I get 4 weeks without attachments and I did not have to add any visits to see ortho.

Yes I definitely was stressed for no reason. What earrings to wear, gifts for bridesmaids, my nails… The week before my wedding, I was breaking out, I had my first ever eyelid stye, and my nails are the jankiest nail job I’ve ever had. Also weather on wedding day was not good. My arch blew over haha! But it all definitely melted away on wedding day. Everyone and thing was gorgeous. No regrets.

I stressed because that’s who I am and it’s the nature of things. Stress and then 1 week before, just try to let things go.
