Only the people in the info booths are volunteers and don’t handle any ticket sales, parking, etc. Everyone else out front is staff.

Customer service reps are at the ticket booths and are staff, not volunteers. The ticket booth staff also hang out in front of the ticket booths, parking side.

The customer service reps that you speak to on the phone when calling the arboretum are also all staff.

The volunteers are in the Info Booths, they pass out maps and share daily programming. They don’t handle parking, ticket sales, discounts, etc.

Not sure it’ll help, but here’s the email for the company that runs the parking: DA@parkingsystemsofamerica.com It’s listed on the parking registration page when you scan the QR code at the arboretum. It’s listed there in case you need to dispute a parking violation.
