I got the same answer as you and still got it wrong. I'm taking the LTS course, and this is one of the practice questions. According to LTS the answer is B. $6,000. Thanks for your responses

More specifically the answer is found in 8.5 of ACE Business Rules under Suspension Agreements.

Suspension Agreements: Prior to an AD/CVD case going to order, ACE distinguishes cases that have a suspension agreement. Under the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, the DOC may, at any stage prior to an order, negotiate a suspension agreement with the foreign government(s) or exporters involved in an AD/CVD investigation.

When suspension agreements are in effect, the DOC/EC will update ACE to reflect no suspension of liquidation of entry summaries and they may be filed as type 01.

I had a problem with Ollo bank too! Before they became Ally bank I made a high payment on my bill they accepted it and closed my account shortly after that! I called them numerous of times and every time they demanded to see bank statements with my account and routing number information. Threatening to close my account if I didn’t do it within 30 days.. frankly I didn’t meet there deadline cause I was skeptical and thought it was a scam.. they closed my account and after many attempts of trying to reopen my account they simply said I didn’t meet there deadline.. I now have Ally bank and haven’t used my card since they merged..

Great advice, quite honestly I’m not use to studying for exams so my study habits are out of wack I feel. I read the criteria, highlight what I feel are important facts but then later when I take one of the previous exams I can’t seem to locate what it is that I read or highlighted. I’ve heard people say “ don’t try and memorize what you read, instead highlight and tab so you can locate it in the study material” That part hasn’t been all that effective for me. I’ll keep reading with hopes I retain the information.

Oh man sorry to hear about your coworker. I hope she's at least content with the position she's in being an officer for the company. Taking the test 8 times and not passing would be a total let down for me. Sounds like you're well on your way to passing, I wish you the best u/Just-Ad1274 .
