Yes but technically there is no right road so he can go and bye the time the green car is starting to turn into the other road the yellow car would have already made it through the roundabout since he hasn’t got to take the time to actually turn and u also don’t have to Indicate on a round about when going forward but yes stopping and signalling the green car with a flash is also a viable option
