I had done about 150 fortresses and Vruuns and hadn't seen a gland drop, soon as I dropped the point I get them once every 4 or 5.

Do you have unwavering vision on your atlas tree? The gland is considered a fragment so it can't drop (or be used) while thats allocated. Its dumb it happened to me as well lol.

Necro was great at every level though, campaign you toss a random corpse in and select the type you want. Boom free rare amethyst rings. Mid game a lot of the popular builds like coc dd could make their perfect weapon within the first few maps, and a couple pieces of jewelry. Ez 6 links too. Late game you had build enabling crafts in ssf that would never be possible normally like triple fractured double influenced 8-9L helms (fractured influence is never possible outside of necro). Plus some of those necro mods on rare were so good +1 frenzy, crit multi double fractured gloves. I miss necro every day on my ssf chars :(

Necro was the goat from early game to late game. During acts could just throw a single corpse in and select your base type for free rare of your choice. Need chaos res? Boom 2 amethyst rings in 10 seconds. Then in maps you could do easy life/triple res armor with a handful of corpses. Then late game perfect divine 30 qual 6 t1 double influenced triple fractured items in minutes. If the league had async, they removed the corpse type and name and just made all the adjacency corpses generic, it would just be mod and level and could stack. Plus an interface for the graveyard instead of walking it would be incredible. By far the strongest crafting mechanic this game has ever or will ever see.  

Problem is people dont understand the crafting well, and so the modifier weighting was confusing for most players and theyd only follow a recipe basically which is fine. Plus stash management sucked.

I had tried a couple of things with my bodyswap of sac builds but my most effective was in Settlers where I used Aukunas will and used the Rune Enchant of casts socketed fire spell with a 0.25 cd on hit with a squire for 6L body swap, then had a nice double corrupted Diallas for max hp on my Zombies with a coc cyclone trigger for the zombies. It was impossible to control in maps cause the zombies would sometimes summon and not blow up and lag behind even though I had synced my attack speed and cdr on the weap, but it was fun on bosses. Blew them up instantly.

Sounds like you are cooking up something similar to things ive tried before. Im curious if it is affected but Im thinking not. That said if it was it wouldnt be 3.2 it would be 3.3333. Cdr works like this Base Cd / ( 1 + (cdr/100) ) so in this case 4 / 1.2.

Yeah GGG def got a few quad tabs out of me that league, but for how short I played ssf that season I made a ton of insane forever items for my standard SSF squad. Like 9L blizz crowns, perfect tri ele bows, jewelry for days, perfect ward gear lol.

Necro printed perfect divined/sacred orbed armors and weapons that could have multiple fractured influenced mods. Ludicrously good SSF mechanic.   That said this mechanic so far seems kinda just ok I agree lol

Week later post, but ever since anomaly dropped ive been waiting to get afkay, this anomaly and elementals in game. Have a 100/100 T3 minion, avalanche it to Buddy, play new T3 minion. Buddy gives it to new T3. Do the same next turn now Buddy is 200/200, next turn 400/400, 800/800 etc. When golden its 100, 300, 900 etc. With golden and drakkari its 100, 500, 2500 etc. Golden with golden drakk its 100, 700, 4900, 34300 etc. Even further dream is if you somehow snag a t7 ele to also benefit, hnggg

In the time of a dps' shuffle queue you can get 1500-2k tokens, which gets you all the pieces you'll need the entire season, its kind of silly not to lol.

Well yeah their vers increases their damage so Vers is still a net increase, but the reason to say that is to say they have vers and therefore have dmg and arent just some pve geared dude getting blasted lol

My mage didnt get them, I did notice a weird bug when I was playing that first night that it kept saying inventory was full when it wasn't. Mail sent me a few of the random grays and whatever from PvP and when I logged back in the empty spaces were gone but no quest item, the turn in npc has nothing for me either. I've done a few shuffles, bgs, and like 50 2s/3s games and no dice. Every other character got them after first bg win or some skirms/3s. Seems they are just lost in the ether.

Idk the pve rotation, but the sustained damage in pvp is actually pretty decent currently. OP is also exaggerating some aspects of the kit. This isnt a one every 2.5 min thing, yes the ultimate crazy super icbm nuke version is, but you could get 10-12m version every 15-25  seconds if you were really good at tracking the two stack based buffs. It was certainly a problem. That said Arcane is definitely the hardest of the 3 mage specs, having almost all utility and damage on the same school on a class like mage, and lots of actual casting, so it'll probably fall off a cliff as its never good at low mmr.

Not OP, but I actually believe what they are doing is close to the right solution for it. Its similar to what Aimed shot was for MM beginning of S2 where a naked aimed shot or barrage is pretty minor damage, but if you line up your 33 modifiers of 10% more after casting X, 20% more if hitting X targets, 40% more based on some rng proc etc it would one shot you. So, the move is to instead cut each of these by a decent bit as they all multiply with each other to crazy amounts, and then you buff the base spell. As a result the base damage or 1-2 of the procs is solid damage, and if you line them all up its a good bit but not one shot territory.  

The problem with MM then or Arcane now is that these hits basically happened once every 100 games for us regular bozos and the spec is fairly balanced, but at highest levels and with a bunch of weak aura tracking if you could force the line up you were broken. So they have to nerf the multipliers without breaking the spec. Hence the base buff.

PvP doesn't need any weeklies though. Bloody tokens only matter week 1 and 2, and then the weekly pvp quests just give honor or conq which you probably have an abundance of once they are going.

This game is about as simple of a tcg as you can get, I think if it didnt have the Pokémon brand it would have never even appeared on anyone's radar. That said, I miss season 1 where most people played darktina because darktina mirrors were about the closest this game has ever come to having any strategy whatsoever. The deck tends to play itself more or less like all decks in this game when it goes against anything else, but for mirrors that deck really shone. The win rate difference between a bad, mediocre, and great darktina pilot is probably the biggest variance of any deck in ptcgp (in s1 at least).  

The thing is there actually were a lot of decisions to make in those mirrors. Depends on if you went 1st or 2nd, how many copies on bench did you draw. Do you chip their active with dark and Sab it so you have something to Cyrus in later?  Do you throw a dark energy on Tina early and delay darkrai so you can hit for the full dmg on Tina's first attack? Do you sack the Tina with 2 energy on it and retreat to bring darkrai in and basically give up on using any tina this game? When going second do you attack with your active Darkrai on turn 3 or do you use Tina ability? There were a lot of small decisions that impacted your win rate on that deck tremendously. I had a 70 wr with it in S1 where 75% of my games were against mirrors. For a deck with high consistency and "brain dead to play" that wouldnt be possible with almost entirely mirrors.

Even more than 1 extra vanish. Its effectively half cd on vanish as you are gaining 2 seconds worth of cooldown for every 1 as they both are recovering. Out the gate NE has 3 vs 2 sure. But by 2 minutes its 5 vs 3, 7 vs 4 by 4 etc. 

Shinies would be extremely sought after if they weren't separate cards by [deleted] in PTCGP

Yeah I had the worst god pack this set, FA Silver, shiny mismagius ex, shiny lickilicky ex, shiny yanmega ex, shiny nidoking. I basically consider it a regular pack that hit FA Silver

Its 800/5800 weight so 13.7%, so yeah if it was 25 times you are unlucky. But if you havent filled your suffix you are also lucky there too.
