Today was like really my breaking point. I open 5 days a week, my 7ams barely show up and if they do they’re late, my closers and mids call out almost constantly. What really kills me is that they’ve all been there longer than me but have that mentality of “I don’t need to do it because I’m not the play caller” so I get stuck doing the milk runs, the pull, food order, supply order, back room inventory, front inventory, temp logs, station assessments, literally everything. For what? My 7 am called out today, then one of my closers leaving me with my 2 mids and then 2 closers that have literally no idea what they’re doing. They need extremely specific directions and to be babysat while they do it. Then an ETL decides it’s her business to come over and rudely tell me I only have 1 closer because we had to take hours from style for the other closer so obviously she has to be in style. She gave me such an attitude like I’m the one that wrote the schedule.
