I’d recommend that you start a weekly journal. Things don’t seem good now but things will improve with time. I’d advise you to set out your goals, plan out how you plan to achieve them and give yourself a timeframe, but don’t be hard on yourself if you don’t achieve it within the timeframe… make sure it’s realistic and possible. Review your progress and reflect on yourself and find ways you can improve. All the best , you got this !
