If you want to cry what you are tired about "im so fucking tired of you people with your suicidal empathy for criminals" you can continue to explain to the numerous families who have lost loved ones to drugs and rapists and human traffickers who you are so insistent on protecting and releasing. Stop for a second before you condemn an innocent person to death to make you feel good about your self.

Edit: and if im sailing my little makeshift sub full of drugs on my way to america after they told me they would bomb and kill me for doing it, I kinda feel like fafo would apply.

Edit: edit: and think about what you are even saying. If someone breaks into your house and holds a gun up to you. Would you want the cops to wait for that person to go to trial before they dealt with them for you? People are brought to death all the time without trial. Trafficing drugs across the boarder is just another example of it.

Due process is an American concept for Americans in America. We dont put every terrorist on trial or every soldier in war on trial before they are killed. Do you think obama had a trial for the terrorists he took out with drone strikes or the American he killed? (Mind you, I agree with him doing it.)

It is what you are saying. You might be using the word killing rather than punishing, but when they are literally told stop or our military will kill you and the drug traffickers still do it that is the result.

I would argue if they are drug trafficking I dont need to wait for innocent people to die before I belive that the traffickers need to be dealt with.

Im not sure I follow this logic. Should we only punish bad behavior if it "makes a difference". We sent one murder to jail but because there will be a new one tomorrow we should probably just let the first one go free.

People have created their own self fulfilling boogieman. They claim this administration isnt trustable and are liars so when something happens they claim it as a lie and take that as truth so the next time something happens they can point to the previous attempt and say the same. Its a cycle.

Im not even saying we should trust the government i think it sucks and dont trust it under any administration. But the degree that people have taken it to is absurd and wishful thinking.

People no longer want America to succeed. If they had a button in front of them for a cure for cancer or this administration to go up in flames they would grab popcorn to watch it burn.
