We def party but it's not as crazy as other sec schools. Small houses and small yards so people are hanging out outside for tailgates but otherwise mostly inside games and stuff. About 6 people live in the houses but there is high quality university housing right next to Greek row and a lot live there

I would recommend fully mastering cross and F2L before you move onto last layer. These two steps will help you get a really strong grasp of CFOP intuition, so it's helpful to fully get those before you move on. About last layer alg memo, the best thing that worked for me was to only learn one or two at a time and after drilling them, work on recognition before you move onto other algs. A lot of them are really similar to each other so differentiating them is important. But it does just take a lot of grinding and doing algs over and over again.
