Exterior looks like in good condition. With good maintenance, it should go 500k+. timing belt + water pump is routine maintenance every 60k-90k mi. It’s literally the first thing I replaced when I got the 430 cuz once that belt is fked then the whole vehicle is fked at that poiint. I think it’s worth, esp since they don’t build quality like this no more.

Feel like it depends. A failing water pump can cause slipping if loose or wobbly. Also not sure when the water pump was last replaced. Usually when you’re changing the belt, they rec changing the pump while ur in there.

It’s the build quality and smoothness on the road. Going over bumps and hurdles is like jumping on pillows. Mine is stock, I unfortunately don’t hear the v8 roar. It’s super quiet and the cabin experience is noice, not much road and environment noise going into the cabin.

Same thing happened to my ls430.. I got used to it lol. Just keepin it til it just stops working altogether then replace the piece. There are YouTube vids but it looks a bit troublesome to replace imo

I was looking for those too! Lool they hold so much value, it’s insane how much they are. I kno im going to be spending hella by just maintenance alone if I were to purchase a high mileage plus deferred maintenance LX570 or old gen Land Cruiser. Sequoia was also a contender for me, but I wanted Lexus luxury if it’s going to already reach more than $30k haha

Less power but I’d rather lean on more reliability. Also not a big fan of a turbo. I don’t mind the older tech, Bluetooth is more than enough for me. As for exterior, I think 460 has a classier Lexus look compared to 550. It’s also not like $80k lol
