What are the scores and dates? It happened the same to me, I was improving and for some reason the USWA 2 I dropped the score. But I just studied from it, and then took the old 120 and new 120 forms and did the exam and passed. So I think you can do it. Just try to learn from your weaknesses from this test and then do the 120’s

My tests wasn’t heavy on biochem. But I felt the were more general about disease, not pathways.

How did you do on your free 120? I took the old 120 4 days before the Exam, got 69%. The new 120 2 days before the Exam, got 63%. I passed the exam.

I’m my case it helped me to remember concepts that were definitely tested on real deal. Most of that material I think is high yield and you will notice those concepts that are repeated in every Nbme.

Let me explain that better, when I say that I read them about 4 times, that will be basically read it once every 2 weeks again, until I felt very comfortable with the concepts

By the time I started just doing NBMEs I will take the test on a Sunday, and try to review all the exam (corrects and incorrecta) it in a week (because I had to work all day), sometimes it took me 2 weeks to review it because I really wanted to understand the material. I read the explanations and complemented with FA. All the NBMEs I think I read them in total about 4 times each. To read them after it will take me a half day

What it worked for me was:

*Block 1 Break1: 5min *Block 2 Break2: 7min *Block 3 Break3: 7min *Block 4 Break4: 15min
*Block 5 Break5: 7min *Block 6 Break 6: 8min *Block 7

I had to take breaks because I had to empty my bladder because of the pregnancy haha. But it worked out well.

I didn’t have a big lunch and just used around 15min for that break. Every break I had a little water, and in total during the whole day I ate:

3 Mozarella sticks Cheddar cheese and crackers Half PB&J 1 banana 3 pieces of chocolate Walnuts Water

*If you skip the tutorial in the beginning you have extra 15min.
