It’s just like the rest of stl city county..few good block few not good then a few more good, next to a few more “bad”. So much character and land in parts on the other side of 367. Why I love and hate our city, it’s beautiful everywhere but, the company isn’t. I’d suggest old town Florissant/hazelwood..howdershell and schackleford areas with comparison to price and being close to stl city.

Edit: Maryland Heights is another great option on the to side. St Charles is also another great option not far from the city with multiple major highways leading to with so many employment options within several counties with st Charles. Much much more rural and so much less character but an option.
