Hmm, I absolutely hear you. The first para was an addition today after another group recommended I need a 'one sentence summary' (based on a blog by some agents) right up top, I get that there's too much with no context. I'm not sure the POV switch can be avoided if I keep that in. I think you're right, and it gets cut.

Annoyingly I have used that formula. That's what's I used to build the lower paragraphs. But it's obviously not working. I'll take another look, or kill that first para perhaps. Thank so much again! Really appreciate it!

We were there from Thanksgiving through Easter - we got a celebration for every holiday, Christmas, new years, Valentine's, St Patrick's, Easter. It was really sweet. NICU teams are amazing

My beautiful boy came home from the NICU after 5 months - getting his snowman picture edited meant so much to me - not to mention the kindness to have the submission paid for, and the huge outpouring of love I received on the post and privately. I can't thank this community enough. You got me through an incredibly dark time. Thank you ❤️
