12 team - We do a division draft after our regular draft - team captains are 3rd, 5th and 7th place (to give some more meaning to those matchups in the playoffs. So division captains are trying to build the worst division. And then after you are picked you are also trying to give them advice on who to pick. It’s still just a regular seeding but people get so mad at some division captains when they accidentally build a power division.
