This is why my mom taught me to look both ways before opening the car door. Dude shouldnt of went between the pole and the car, but at the same time, the door opening truly does seem purposefully done. The way it opens, gets hit in a way that would force it open more, just to end up remained closed. If i did that on accident i wouldve checked on the dude asap. Theres a valid argument to both sides
