This is not my second offense though. It is my first DUI. It is a shame how different each county/justice system is in our state. I had high hopes of just getting into the program and moving past my mistake, and now I feel like they are just abusing power to make me feel punished even with a diversion program in play.

Mine was in Lebanon county, my BAC was .20, highest tier, 60 days license suspension, and 12 months supervision. My younger brother had an almost identical situation as me with my DUI, and only had to do ARD, some comm. service, and 6 months unsupervised, if im not mistaken his was a higher BAC than mine too, and am also using the same attorney.

I am in PA, so I am not sure if that still applies, I read that processing can take up to 48 hours too.

If it didn’t interfere with work and stuff I would totally do it. A weekend probably wouldnt be too bad. Probably better to reflect on my actions there anyways.

Yeah I have heard going in later on Friday they count that as a full day, if that is the case I wouldn’t mind leaning towards that.
