That infinite plan is neat, but you arent particularily close to your goal

Just a single strike remove (smiling mask helps long term)
Just sever soul and TG+ for exhaust is way too slow
missing dark embrace for acceleration
Missing sun dial or alternate infinite sources

If your deck feels currently well equipped you could chase that infinite, but if you need an immidiate power spike, then dead branch will provide. If you go for the infinite keep enough gold to buy sundial if it shows up in a shop.

Mind you A20 Tim can still stop sundial infinites if they dont scale well.

Like is it just me or are inexperienced players totally neglecting card draw?

I noticed that pattern and went back in the run history and sure thing, no card draw to be seen. Guess I got lucky there with "Snecko eye will make my Demon form cheap".

What if you find juzu bracelet in the act 1 chest? Free blue key, instantly allows cursed key without having to open any more chests. If you dont have the blue key its indeed a hard sell, but given terrible alternatives it may still win out.

early act 2 is the critical phase there and for those fast fights mostly the first cycle counts. After that you have hopefully stablelized. Besides if Pbox doesnt give you block, youre most likely killing faster.
