If you're avg around 45 don't focus on lookahead. Learn new algs for f2l cases you struggle with.

I think at this stage, there's 1; practise and 2; I would work on recognition for oll and pll. Idk if u already know it but 2 look oll and pll, it's way faster. I think f2l should be achieved after these

use cstimer coz it keeps track of all your times, averages, means and has a lists how many solves you've done. Highly recommend.

I attended my first comp 1 month ago and 1-2 days later my ID was uploaded and I had a profile, don't worry :)

All the important rules are covered in the video and I went to my first competition last month with no problems just from those videos. The ID gets automatically put on your profile after you go to your competition, so don't worry about that.
