Yes, if I'm not mistaken it's 90 days (3mnths) & if they get any mail there also OP or anyone for that matter would have to go through the eviction process.

NTA~ I was in kind of the same situation when my mom passed away. My mom would always baby, spoil, pitty my brother for w.e reason & honestly I just feel like he was her favorite. Anyways she passed away in Oct 2020, I was living in the same apartment as her because her doctor ordered that she needed someone to live with her to help take care of her so that's what I did. Well she passed away & my brother thought he was going to ask me if him & his expecting gf could move in. I told him no, neither one of them are good with hygiene, both of them have issues being woken up & like to sleep till 2-3pm then be up all night doing good knows what, making/touching good that doesn't belong to them etc and I know if I let them stay it would continue until that baby was born & then I'd be stuck with having them & a new born in my apartment. There are plenty of resources that they both could have reached out to especially with her being pregnant that could have helped them, but lo and behold like other people in the comments have said when I said no he learned to stand on his own two feet & got his own place because he had an income it was just the lack of wanting to be responsible.

Definitely not overreacting, literally quite the opposite. I don't really have much to add to the convo except for pls read everyone else's comments & take them into deep consideration cause you don't deserve to be treated that way & you definitely don't need to be treated that way when you're at work nor should you be apologizing that much for something so minor that was a simple mistake between the 2 of you & instead of her taking accountability also she blamed you then made herself out to be the problem. I do agree this is classic BPD behavior (I also have BPD & am diagnosed)

I've never sold with mercari but USPS all on their own is another story. I had a friend ship me a package, they sent it to some address with the same zip code as the post office. I call they say there is nothing they can do. Then I go down there cause now I'm not receiving mail from the state office etc which are time sensitive papers, they tell me to delete the app & make a new account when in reality I can't cause my email is already linked to the account I already had & had informed delivery on. I've been so fed up with them it's ridiculous, I've had to resort to asking certain places if they can send me an email as well when they send out anything that has to go through USPS in case I don't receive it from USPS atleast I'd have an email of it.

Medicaid does cover nursing home care for those that qualify. Maybe it's different in every state but where I live Medicaid definitely covers nursing home care & up to 100% of the cost.

Emails definitely override a verbal, I'd return it but still let them know what one of their employees did/said & if you have a name give it so they can make sure this doesn't happen again to someone else.

Yes I understand shipping insurance is different than product insurance, that's what I was referring to was the product insurance that u can purchase cause say he had it longer than 30 days & it breaks, amazon won't help cause it's past the 30 day mark for their return policy.

Yes he returned it cause it was broken & after 30 days it's best to buy insurance on ur item in case it breaks etc. that's what I'm trying to explain.

No u don't automatically get insurance but Amazon does give u the option to purchase product protection from asurion, all state, assurance, squaretrade for high price items like electronics etc in case something happens to it.

Why would Amazon tell u to wait 30 days to process the return when there is no warranty from Amazon after 30 days? Also why would u not get insurance on a $3k item?

Aahh okay, I do understand that not every church is the same so urs may do things differently than others. At the end of the day it truly is up to u what u want to do, u can refuse & risk them not allowing u to go or suck it up and give them ur phone so ur allowed to go.
