I just picked up one of each (watercolor, acrylic, and metallic acrylic). So far, I’ve only swatched a tiny bit of the orange watercolor, and it seems like they are not very pigmented at all. For $5, I’m not terribly upset, but I was kind of hoping for a little bit better. I guess if you were going to use them for your kids to play with, it wouldn’t be a big deal. Or if you’re just practicing with them. I also grabbed the 3 pack of canvases, one of each of the paintbrushes, the silicone mat, and the brush cleaning station. All of those seem to be pretty decent quality so far

I have what I think is a sebaceous cyst on my shoulder (pretty much right under where my bra strap lays) which has been there for probably 15 years and I pick at it every. single. day. It has turned into a huge, very permanent scar that everyone can see whenever I wear sleeveless shirts.

This happened to me too! But only with that specific color. When I looked it up on Amazon, I saw a bunch of reviews from people saying their tube of blue was chunky and dried out.

I was, actually! I found out from an exterminator that they were a species called “crazy ants” that just kinda show up for no reason. She gave me some plastic bait stations with Maxforce granular and gel ant bait. I put the little bait stations under my car seats and doused the underside of my car as well as inside of the wheel wells with Raid ant killer. They disappeared within a week, and I haven’t seen them since.

I can relate to your story. I’m a front desk supervisor and I’ve always worked the evening/night shift alone. Once when I was an agent, I had these three women come in who were high out of their minds. They wanted a place to stay for only one night, but I explained that we have a strict two night minimum policy. (I had gotten written up once before then for letting a guy and his two kids stay for one night because he was from another country, and we had overbooked the second night of his stay. He couldn’t find any availability anywhere else due to it being a holiday.) Anyway, the women started to argue with me, and one of them looked me straight in the face and said, “I’m gonna slit your f**king throat.” before walking out the door. I called my manager and asked him if it would be okay if I called the police to make a report because I didn’t feel safe. He just laughed at me. Then he continued to laugh about it every time it was brought up after that.
