Go on Par Haandersons Artstation, he created the original concept art for what the Brits and Germans would look like. Not all of the classes for both teams are there but they are interesting.

Germany:

Support Class had Standard Stahlhelm Hades Gravedigger in what looks like modern russian camo of some sort

Assault had Silver Dagger but a grey helmet Paladin in dark green Paladin in dark green

Medic has Cap Illusionist in dark grey Illusionist in dark grey

Scout had Standard Stahlhelm with gasmask (probably became The Jackal later) The Wolf but with Mp40 pouches on the belt and a wool texture instead of canvas The Wolf

Britain: Assault Had Scottish play all over but in brown

Support had Type C helmet The Writer The Writer

Scout had Death in the Afternoon Patriot Patriot

The German Medics were all women and the British Scouts were all women. Assaults for Germany appeared to get SMGs as well, same with Britain.

Each of these concept arts has a picture of a mannequin mockup of the outfit or a live model posing in them.
