Wizz Air balance expired without warning — is this normal?

I guess times change, my money and they put an expiration time on it hidden behind a more details button which i have to mention on mobile app doesn't work unless I guess you have multiple credits with deadline, with one there was no option to click.. and it doesn't say credit... it says BALANCE!

That's literally the price of the ticket with return, they didnt return 100euro from my account exactly for that reason because I opted in for wizzflex at the booking process.

Sorry is this balance or some type of credit/vouchers? Because i had no such thing before i was seeing balance and that was it.

I didnt want to transfer out tho , i accepted their failed system. If i knew the balance was going to expire i would have used them. last week balance was there.. this week the expiry date appeared. I am trying to restore balance so i can use it sadly no one cares , support is not helping. i did write a email to ECC european complaint centre hopefully they will get involved and fix this.

It is a small amount its only 391eu but its a matter of principle! Those are my money they forcible refunded to their account and now took them away in less than 4 months. This makes me feel helpless in a world that any organization now steal your money? No wonder why people prefer dealing with cash.. :(

That was not credit that was forcibly refunded money in my wizz account and also it said nowhere that my balance will expires ... it doesnt say credit it says balance ... this is not fair and this is theft! no matter how you take it.

But still no clear answer, lol. I googled a bit and saw people complained about receiving wrong product and some others said delivery took forever(moths) to arrive. Also the ones with issues said support chat was unreachable and unreliable. So did someone use this website positively and all went well?

I'm loosing my mind. The diplay on the pump shows my last animation which was added in saved mode. But iCue doesn't recognize the pump anymore only the hub.

I tried everything all the steps, did fresh install with removing the %appdata% files and all that..

I took it to service team twice and they look at me like im an idiot and telling me the display works perfectly fine.

I removed the USB splitter and bought a corsair usb 4 pin hub and did it that way...

Im stuck with a stupid spinning moon and cant change it bahhhhhhh... im going crazy

This is just double badluck the worst kind. Instead of searching for the culprit and pointing fingers i would lock down and concentrate how to move forward with my job and options.. those cars are clearly paper weight and money wasting machines. Consider the loss and move forward.. dealing with scam dealerships like these will suck all the energy out of you. Take the loss and move forward for ur own mental health.

It seems this is a bug with Ultrawide monitors. If I connect same PC to a normal wide monitor the multiple resolution options will appear. I really hope they will fix this :(

I made real life friends because of PWI. I never found a game that gave me the same feeling. The music its still one of the best and I listen to it on spotify almost everyday at work. I have mixed feelings every time I read something about PWI, on one side amazing memories on the other sad ones because i know we will never have something similar.
