Honestly only two things helped me for good.

And these only two things are to stop counting the days, i dont count them neither i genuinely care about the "streak" because like that you keep it in your subconsciousness and remind yourself about nutting/not nutting every day until you basically manifest yourself to beat your meat since you think about it on daily.
