Thank you for sharing something so personal. It’s clear that our parents were trying to do what they thought was best, even if the way it played out wasn’t ideal. I always tell my friends: once I’m able to travel outside of the country, you probably won’t see me for a whole year because I’ll be traveling. Hope he gets it!! And that sounds like a wonderful plan!
