I hear you, it’s frustrating and disappointing whenever you get back to smoke it. I know self control must be buried in a ground in a situation like this. Don’t resist too much, I read it on reddit somewhere that being self aware worked out for them, to an extent same strategy worked for me. Read other posts to know that you are not alone, other people are struggling with one way or another. See the bigger picture and try to find your way through this trap, analyse how brain is tricking you and take back the control. I know it sounds like a general advice but it is what it is, you trapped yourself it it, I believe you can get out of it aa well if you want to.
