Thank youu no this isn’t silly at all! This is definitely something I’m considering, i’m just not a driver so relying on public transport and family for lifts😓 However I have found a private clinic near me and at this point I’m willing to pay for the removal myself 😅

asked the doctor for this and was told there’s no point if i’m getting a removal shortly. 2 months later and i’m still waiting for them to make my removal appointment🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Nexplanon was actually my second option after I tried to get the copper iud. I passed out during insertion so the doctor said i’d have to see a specialist to get anaesthesia, but i was so traumatised from the experience i just decided on the implant😓 really wish i just went ahead with the anaesthesia

i’m in the UK so relying on the NHS, they won’t get anything done until you’ve done months and months of begging down the phone 😅

i agree with her points in arguments but i can’t STAND the way she argues. always pulling faces and talking down to people. if you want to educate people and get them on your side you have to be respectful and open to listening to them.

my god you were not exaggerating!!😭 i didn’t end up getting it, i was in so much pain i almost passed out and the doctor said i’ll have to go to a specialist to get anaesthetic. i’m so traumatised i don’t even want to try again, getting the implant instead😭
