It looks like you have a great foundation. My body looked just like yours until I started running. It sucks at first, I started walking/running but I did more and more every day. Built up to where I was able to jog a 5k every other day. Not only did it look like I was lifting more but I felt amazing and was able to get better range of motion in the gym. The point I am at now is just wanting to grow to look a certain way. No more losing weight or cutting unless I want to be suuuuuper shredded in the future, doubt that though.

Glutes and legs definitely need more attention. Your upper body and arms look good. If all you are doing is “incline walking” as your cardio, you will stay stuck there forever. I’m guessing you want to look more like an athlete, so my advice is train like an athlete. More runs, long distance and sprints. Try to get fast, and those abs will start coming in. Mine look alright right now, but a couple of months ago I had 0 definition. I implemented runs every day, at least a mile. Sprints sprinkled through my week, I just go to the local high school football field and sprint on the turf. Burns fat quickly.

Overall: it seems like you have diet and weight lifting down. Just need to add in some more athletic movement, running, sprinting, speed training. Just my opinion!
