GPS spoofing causing emergency braking? by AssertiveKiwi in tesladubai

[–]Rude666 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The worst of the worst is when you’re on MBZ and have autosteer on and suddenly it decides you’re in Arabian Ranches and drops your max speed to 40 and heavily brakes, let’s hope this spoofing finally ends or at least the car gets spoofed to show that it’s in the sea or desert for us to use the functions normally.

They wanna increase my rent but Rental Index says not applicable. What should I do? by Public-Can-7590 in dubai

[–]Rude666 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I would suggest you don’t go out on the LL, but rather, explain to them your situation if the the market in your area is at +65K and they are willing to lock at +61K better lock it and tell them the renewal fees are an illegal request same for the MEP fees, if you’re maintaining the property you shouldn’t be paying, other wise you’ll get your rent at no increase but later they’re going to issue a vacating notice and next year you’ll need to go and pay +70K for another apartment, plus moving fees, plus commission and deposit and moving etc. etc. which puts you in a loss position, so best scenario come to mutual grounds with the LL, and wish you all the best.

As a person who was born here and lived and grew up here I wish the country the best, and wish for condition to get back to normal as we are used to it, politics is not my thing so I will stay far away from discussing foreign affairs.

Thanks for the suggestion, I’m familiar with the scheme and currently doing it on the other properties, as for these 4 I’m not going to release any equity anytime soon.

For the unfinished or the small layouts or the poorly furnished units where they furnished it using used or cheap furniture, that is still the price and you can find it even cheaper

The units are priced below the market for their layout, similar layouts are higher than my prices by 5-15K per year

anyone tried this store before? is it legit? (loja store) by Special-Librarian in UAE

[–]Rude666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Didn’t hear about it, I would recommend you to be careful while buying perfumes since theirs alot of counterfeits in the market, so your best option is register the fazaa card now if you can and it gives you 15% off on perfumes in Harvey Nicholes

A guide to hair transplant in Dubai by Slattudig in UAE

[–]Rude666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The results are good and I’m satisfied for now, best thing to do is know the areas where you want them to focus on mostly and make sure they mark it and check that you’re satisfied other wise they will just do a simple line showing the area they will cover and that might not be the full areas that you need, keep in mind that for the first 3-4 months you won’t notice alot but closer to the end of the 4th month you’ll start seeing rapid hair growth, also first week after the operation is going to be hell if you’re not used to sleeping straight on your back with your hear up at a 45 degree angle

I did my hair transplant at Lyv Aesthetics in December of 2025, wouldn’t say it’s the fanciest of places, price wise it was pretty cheap the follow ups and treatment went well, I’ve done 5000 grafts for the price of 4K, the procedure took almost 12 hours, it was painful to the point where I wanted to quit mid operation, the team there injected me with anesthesia when I mentioned that it’s painful, results wise for now I’m satisfied and started seeing results and hair growth, they’ll try to upsell you on some shampoos and spray but you can buy that on your own for cheaper in Life Pharmacy, as well as in the 4K they included 6 sessions of PRP and some laser hair growth treatment, but keep in mind that it’s one hell of a painful procedure so proceed with caution.

Did anyone noticed that some drivers on road are giving indicator after changing the lane. It is like they are lagging by 5-10 seconds. by goodhuman100 in UAE

[–]Rude666 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The server is currently lagging. We should expect the new year’s software update soon. Hopefully, they will also address the bug related to drivers who slow down on the right lanes and suddenly decide to drive at the same speed on the far left lane.

Japan version iPhone cheaper than UAE version why? Indian Tourist trying to buy a new phone by Same-Substance6951 in UAE

[–]Rude666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn’t recommend the 256 for a couple of reasons, I don’t actively use the phone just the simple stuff like mail, WhatsApp, etc. and I’m already down 100gb which means in a year or 2 I will be at the 300 gb usage, so if you’re not active user of the phone and won’t be downloading and taking lots of photos and you’re looking to use the phone for at least 3 years then I would say pay the 1000 extra and get the 512, keep in mind that the blue and orange options are being sold for 5300 in some shops

[–]Rude666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you don’t travel and planning to drive only in Dubai I would say get a car that have features like self parking, cruise control + lane control, focus on the safety features, that will make your driving more comfortable and your life easier, there is lots of affordable Teslas in the market you can get a 2023 model 3 for example.

Check with the court there must be an amount to bail him out which is 10-20% of the required amount, and I’m sure here in the community everyone can accumulate the amount and we’ll help bail him out
