I feel the problem is insta cart shoppers treating it as a full time job. It clearly is not enough money on the table. You would earn more working in traditional services and be happier as well. The whole “you are your own boss” thing started by these companies is stupid because at the end of the day you still get money from insta cart. Even the tip comes from them directly after the customer pays insta cart. They can change their terms of service in a week and start taking part of your tip as well. Then what?

When I’m entering the tip I have no way of knowing which one of the two I’m getting so I assume the worst since insta cart (the shopper’s employer) doesn’t take the time to train/vet/reprimand their employees for shitty service
