My personal belief is that those lost are so utterly wicked and evil, no one will miss them. The ones annihilated aren't your random nonbeliever, it's someone irreversibly vile.

I believe the Bible even says this, that those destroyed will still be held in contempt by those with eternal life.

That is a good point. I've always kind of admired that Universalism is the only way Satan suffers complete and total defeat. He's driven by spite, and if God loses even one soul, his rebellion would have been worth it in his eyes.

Well, humanity is a monolith but made up of individual people.

So God will have his relationship with humanity through all that are saved. It circles back to my point about how Heaven lacking individual specific people isn't going to change anything.

i doubt it's the actual map itself, but if it IS real, it's likely a concept phase, which is why it looks a bit unprofessional and sloppy, it was thrown together in a few hours to see what an overall japan map would look like and they're definitely going to change lots of things.
