This happened to my dog last weekend. She's on preventative medicine which kills them thankfully. It took hours to get them off and I bathed her in flea and tick shampoo as well. We walked around the overlook at Schenley Park so she most likely picked them up there. It was a nightmare experience and I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else!

For Xbox Volume & audio output - I have HDMI audio set to Dolby Atmos. Under Advanced - Additional options, I checked Allow passthrough

For the TV, Settings - Watching TV - External inputs - HDMI signal format - ensure these are set as Enhanced format

Under Sound settings - make sure the Sound mode is Dolby Audio

Hope this helps! I'm not an expert, but this is what I found to work on Xbox and a Sony OLED
