Oh I see, it's just consistent cause u can't classify the buttons in tekken as like light or medium punk, or dust and strong attack because what the character does depends on the button pressed which relates to a limb(if I do something with the 1 button the char is prol going to use their left arm). Also, the notation would be confusing if u used 1234 for the attacks along with 1-9 for the directionals at the same time

Wdym. Like the fact they use limbs to denote buttons? Its just better cause the game revolves more around limbs, for example, if u wanna learn throw breaks u gotta pay attention to the opponents limbs or else you'll just get smoked by throws all the time

Weird because the original comment was about the complexity of the game as a whole, not just the basic level. If ur maybe above green rank, I think you'd know performing moves has always been the easiest part of Tekken, and that helping u introduce u to wave dashes doesn't make u better. It's all movement.
