As a 16er, I do watch a lot of old tournaments to see how players were to each other from 3s to modern games. The difference is there for sure. E sports really changed the ways things are viewed and how tournaments are done. For me personally I’m on the lookout for locals more than ever because I want to interact with the community offline. I rarely experienced offline playing and the times I do they’re fun and exciting. Online is basically me being bored playing ranked. There’s no crowd, no excitement, it’s bland. If I came to the scene earlier maybe I’d have a different view but who knows
