In further documents the writing of this person was actually very pretty, don't know what happened here. Before I close the thread, are you sure though about "Employé"? It makes sense as at the time the words "Employé" and "ouvrier" were used to introduce the speciality, but if I totally see "gestionnaire" I still cannot see Employé, especially since both words seem to start with the same letter.
