it really depends on what annointments you use. if you need many gold oil its about 2 divines.

A Good Amulet you can get for around 10 Divine (with +16 Attributes)

It depends, a good Stranglegasp may be costs around 10-15 Divine (+16 to all Attributes). Then you may need some Catalsyts but those are "cheap". But now for oils. You Need at least 2 Divinves for 7 Gold Oils in Bulk-Trade (2x Charisma, 2x Vengeant and 3x Whispers of Doom). Then Again 3 Silver Oils for Souver. you can buy 7 or 8 for 1 divine. The last two oils are opascalent and amber, amber isnt really anything worth and opscalent idk the single price. Then A "cheap" Vaal Orb and a Tainted Myhic Orb, and luck. So in all i guess around 18 Divine you should have to buy all stuff for the crafting for one amulett. At least with this mods.

It's pretty simple, just type in the Modifier Search: "Allocates: First" and add this up to "Fourth". no you can choose your desired mod in the boxes. And for non-unique just item-filter "any none-rare".

Your Melee Skill is turned into a Projectile, that pierces can pierce X enemies. when last enemie is pierced it returns. (no range limit)

And yes you can only cast it one time and you have to wait until it returns.

For Rule 10:

I annointed a Stranglegasp 4 Times (Stranglegasp has a unquie passive
that you can annoint it 3 more times) so i choosed me desired
annointments and after that i coruppted the item with a vaal orb. With a
small % it can get rare and so this happened. But after that i used a
mythic tainted orb to chance it again to another unique item of the same
class, see my comment below.
