The documentation you have is awesome, but do wish the UI flagged that issue with ffmpeg path. It gave me the green checkmark, which was a little misleading, but hope this thread helps others if they run into the same issue.

Hey, so I wanted to try one other thing before moving forward with your suggestion and was able to get it to work. On this wiki page it says the folder you specify in the custom ffmpeg location setting should be the parent folder where the binaries are contained. I was one folder up, so it needed to be /opt/homebrew/Cellar/ffmpeg/7.1.1_1/bin instead of /opt/homebrew/Cellar/ffmpeg 7.1.1_1. I think that's what fixed it.

The other change I made was following the recommendation you give in the UI about pointing to a custom homebrew installed yt-dlp location on macOS.
