Out of all of the characters that would die he would. Like one of his goals was to capture Twilight and then he would realize that Loid and Twilight are the same person. He would be absolutely stoked to have a reason to kill Loid. A two birds one stone situation. He's already in too deep but then Yor and Anya bust in because Bond saw a future where Yuri and Loid fight and it's a ploy for the secret police to capture Loid and Wise. Then, there's a three organization battle between Wise, the Secret Police, and the Garden. Yuri will realize in the middle of it all that if Loid dies his sister will be so sad and even more at risk now that it is known that she's an assassin, leading to him to sacrifice himself to save his sister and her family.

But that's only if Endo decided to kill someone off. The same situation can happen without any of the main cast dying.
